This course provides the basis of how to develop an effective energy management plan. This will allow the attendee to reduce the organizations energy and operating costs with minimal investment whilst minimising the environmental impact. This course is structured to maintain a balance between the technical aspects of energy efficiency and the organisation structures to ensure that the effects of energy efficiency improvements are sustained into the future
