Description: The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) was established as Ireland’s national energy authority. SEAI’s mission is to play a leading role in the transformation of Ireland to a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and practices. The purpose of this RFT is to appoint one services provider to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the viability and cost-effectiveness of introducing a community-focused support scheme for renewable energy, including the proposal of a range of possible models to encourage community participation in and ownership of renewable energy projects in Ireland.
